Abstract

This ongoing research by the lecturer of the Institute of Principalship Studies of University of Malaya identifies the principals' concerns towards technology leadership for ICT integration among their teachers, their strategies for leading the ICT integration in their school and the kind of technology leadership training available to and needed by these principals to function effectively as technology leaders.The findings of the study, believed to be known before December 2010, can provide strong information about the present scenario in terms of principals technology leadership in schools and what strategies they employ in leading the ICT integration among their teachers. The findings can provide useful inputs for the masters students coursework at the Institute of Principalship Studies University of Malaya.
