Abstract
In this study, we developed a digital system for the fortune line method which paper-based one has been evaluated as a important tool to support children's learning. We set the design principles for designing digitalized fortune line method and developed the Digital Fortune Line system based on the design principles. By using the system, learners can externalize their commitments to learning materials and refer them each other and teachers can probe them and their changes. Results of preliminary evaluation indicated that the system is effective for learners to externalize and refer their commitments and for teachers to probe them.
