Abstract

This study addressed the public health problem of bullying among children in middle school and elementary school. By using an avatar-cartoon video intervention, the study was designed to understand the factors that promote e-health education and the influence on behavioral interventions such as bullying prevention and how bystanders become upstanders to bullying.
