Abstract

This paper is based on the work done towards the development of graduate studies program in Educational Technology for the University of Tartu in Estonia. Initially the curriculum has been designed using the available resources and considering the present day need for the people of Estonia towards the research and development in ICT. The curriculum designed by the authors has gone through the process of expert evaluation and modifications. The authors have realised that the procedure of curriculum development should be an ongoing process of action and reflection. In this paper the authors have discussed the strategies for working towards the process of continuous improvement of curriculum.
