Abstract

This paper reports the results of a 2000-2001 state-wide school administrator online survey that identifies school administrator retention and recruitment as key issues that will impact school reform efforts in the State. In addition, the authors also discuss the utility and value of online survey methods in querying an entire state population of school administrators and the advantages, problems and pit-falls of online survey techniques.
