Abstract

This applied dissertation was designed to investigate the development of a faculty intervention program to address technology infused integrated curricular initiatives at a target location. Models of similar and desired development were investigated, extrapolated, aligned, and recommended in regard to the target locations. Analysis of the data researched revealed relevant and valuable models of intervention, best practices regarding developmental models, and support for this type of intervention, as well as, evaluative methodology. The results of this investigation supported the development and implementation of a faculty intervention program. The information herein can be used by administrators, specialists, teachers, and other interested parties who have a vested interest in technology and integrated curriculum faculty development initiatives aimed at increasing student success.
