This paper examines various staff development strategies used to integrate technology. This university received part of the statewide technology challenge grant referred to as LOFTI. Using this grant, both technology integration and change has been addressed through strategies such as intensive training sessions and coaching. This paper focuses on the bridge from intensive group training to a coaching mentality for technology staff development. The paper will also examine the potential effectiveness of coaching as a strategy.
