Abstract

The ability to remain competitive in business hinges largely on how well employees are trained to meet today's challenges. A systematic and well-planned rollout of eLearning strategies and learning interventions will have a positive impact not only on the investment but also on productivity and employee performance. The following is a brief outline of strategies and tactics we will examine during our panel discussion.
