Online discussions can be used to promote students'ability on knowledge integration. However, almost all the web based online forums are text based. In physics, information about a physics system was represented in many different ways: using words, equations, graphs, diagrams, table of numbers, contour maps, vector plots, and so on. We saw a need for web based tools which user not only can view graphics and animations with their browser, but also can create and edit graphics online with the same browser. With modern DHTML feature of web browser, we have developed a web based tools, which integrated a WYSIWYG HTML editor with SVG and mathematic equation editor. It is currently used on our internet-based courses system by many science teachers. User can edit text, simple shape drawing, animated mathematics function plot, flow-chart, concept maps and Vee-Map dynamically online with internet explorer. Just by looking at our online instruction, high school students already use our tools to create graphic representations in their forum messages.
