Abstract
This paper and presentation provides a brief history and rationale for the design, development, and delivery of Web sites that have been developed and used by the author for e-blended support of on-site undergraduate and graduate college courses that he has taught over the past ten years. In this paper and during his Internet-based tour, the author discusses practical and theoretical foundations for e-blended support of instruction and strategies for using low-cost and no-cost software tools and techniques.
