Abstract
This paper presents the fortitude of the collaborative work, when designing courses, based on our experiences in the introduction of the paradigm of learning objects. Particularly we refer to the planning and development phases of a web-based course, in which the methodological aspects acquire major importance, even before the delivering of the educational distance experiences. We emphasize that by changing the team's work manners, the impact was increased efficiency and better results.
