Abstract
The experience gained during the preparation of the e-Learning Support Project (eLSP) shows that there is no sufficient means that allows one to adequately describe directions and to estimate results of efforts in the Information and Communication Technology(ICT)-based School Transformation Process (further shown as the STP). A search for the decision of the problem has led to the development of the Cluster Model (K-model), which allows one to discuss STP as a directed stream of changes in the operation of a school. K-model has been developed as a tool, which helps to solve the problems usually arising during preparation and implementation of STP projects (i.e. definition of the school position in STP; choosing the proper direction in the STP development; and evaluation of the STP project results). The model is also utilized to promote the development of mechanisms for dissemination of the school’s innovation experience and teacher’s cooperation in various schools.
