Abstract
This paper addresses some of the effective practices and techniques that the Office of Educational Technology at University of Florida uses in helping faculty integrating technology into their teaching. This includes the practices and techniques that are used to motivate and help faculty to effectively integrate technology into their classrooms. Most of these practices and techniques are obtained from the faculty's own experience.
